JSHP was awarded all transformers for a new 600MVA power plant in New Jersey feeding Manhattan, including a 345kV 610MVA GSU, four 138kV 160MVA GSUs, and auxiliary transformers.

This landmark award marked JSHP’s major breakthrough into the US power transformer market, supplying transformers that feed electricity directly into New York City.
